Gnocchi, caramelised vegetable gaspacho (chef's secret recipe), burrata and basil

Puff pastry Vol Au Vent, wild mushrooms, duck liver mousse, truffle 

Main Course

Catch of the day grilled and served with asparagus and black sesame pasta, truffle sauce

Slow cooked vegetable and beef ratatouille, sweet chilli, cajou, cream cheese sauce and sesame oil

Roasted and caramelized duck breast tataki, pearled spelt creamy risotto, fresh raspberry sauce and parmesan tile 

 

Dessert

Lebanese style panna cotta, orange blossom and pistachio, red fruit sorbet

Dark chocolate and speculoos fondant, vanilla caramel ice cream

Hot safran cake, rhum and almonds served with vanilla ice cream
