Roasted and caramelized duck breast tataki, pearled spelt creamy risotto, fresh raspberry sauce and parmesan tile

Lebanese style panna cotta, orange blossom and pistachio, red fruit sorbet

Dark chocolate and speculoos fondant, vanilla caramel ice cream

Hot safran cake, rhum and almonds served with vanilla ice cream
